Lovely double room in clean spacious flat

Sadly my flatmate will be moving out at the end of July, so I'm looking for another partner in crime to fill a double room in a clean, spacious and furnished flat.

Looking for a clean, reliable, friendly house mate who will join me for a drink and a film every now and then. I'm a cheery northern girl, working in advertising and have only been in London for two years. So it would be nice to have someone to explore more of the city with.

The flat is rented as a whole, with a fixed 12 month contract. The rent is £1000pcm which is split equally between flatmates. Bills average out at about £100 (although can be a little more during winter months)... Bills include Council tax, internet, house insurance, deposit insurance, water, electric and gas.

The flat has two equal sized bedrooms, both situated at the back of the flat (so very peaceful and quiet). The kitchen is fairly big and has a fridge-freezer, washer-dryer, oven and grill. microwave and 4 electric hobs.

The living room is also very spacious with a desk, massive TV, book/dvd shelf and two sofas (one sofa bed). Perfectly sized for the odd occasion when you have friends over to stay.

It's a 10 minute walk from Leyton Station (central line) and Leyton Midland Road (overground) and has really good night bus if you prefer not to wazz your money away on taxis. Central line goes 24 hours in October also!!

There is parking on the road, although I have a car and make a weekly trip to Aldi to stock up on cheap fruit and veg, which you'll be more than welcome to join me.

There's a Sainsbury's Local, Tesco Metro and huge Asda all within a 10 minute walk, so an emergency bottle of milk is never more than 5 minutes away.
