Double room in a lovely Victorian house. It's furnished with a double bed, a large 2-door wardrobe and shelves. The rent is £675pm, bills are approximately £110, and the deposit is £675. The room is available from the 17th November, but we have some flexibility.

The rest of the house is fully furnished. There's one living room, a kitchen with a dining room, one bathroom, two toilets, a basement and an attic for extra storage. We also have a beautiful garden at the back.

The house is a 3-4 minute walk from Leyton tube station, which is just 25 minutes from Oxford Circus on the Central Line.

About us: We are a relaxed group of professionals, friendly and often enjoy socialising together, but also enjoy doing our own thing. The house is not a party house, but we don't mind friends/partners coming from time to time. 1 smoker in the house, but smokes outside the house.
