The room is priced at £670pcm excluding bills fixed at £80pcm, so a total of £750pcm for one person.

We have an amazing double room up for grabs. The house was recently refurbished two and half years ago and as such the house and furniture is almost brand new.

Located on the first floor, overlooking the rear garden, this room comes furnished with a cozy double leather double bed (with ottoman storage underneath), a bedside table, a chest of drawers and a mirrored wardrobe
and best of all there's even still space for you to put more storage in the room or your own desk. Your room comes with a physical CAT5e network/LAN cable, so you can wire directly into the internet - or you can use the wireless.

The house has amazingly big rooms and an amazing living space comprised of a spacious well equipped kitchen, a breakfast bar and comfy sofa and TV.

We have supplied 350Mbps business broadband from VirginMedia and made sure that there is superior wifi signal throughout the house by installing a second router in the 1st floor hall way plus there is also the Cat5 in the room.

The house is a slightly longer walk of 13 minutes to Leytonstone Underground, however this is made up for by the awesomeness of the house. Leytonstone high road is within walking distance with it's shops and cute coffee shops. Plus you have a corner shop 2 minutes walk from the house and a big Tesco's also within walking distance.

We are Kingdom Houses and we are a professional landlord company that endeavors to take good care of the property by having a team available to answer questions, fix things if they break, look after the gardens and make sure the communal spaces stay clean and tidy. We make sure to also to follow the governments guidelines and wear masks when we attend the property and always inform people beforehand. We are looking for good quality tenants who are looking for somewhere nice to call home.

One of our coolest and latest features is that we have a notification system, we call it the INS, and we use it to send an SMS to all tenants before we access a property. So you are always aware of our movements and are able to quarantine yourself if you feel unwell.
