A bit about me - I'm a Social Worker, 36 yr, love hanging out with friends, exploring London/travelling further afield and watching football amongst other things. I'm pretty sociable but also quite independent so I guess I'm looking for someone with a similar sort of balance. I'm moving to Canada end of Feb which is why this is a short term let (3 months max). This is definitely a flat share situation - although I own the flat, I hope that whoever moves in will see it as their home too.
Great location - 5 min walk from Leyton Midland Road station; 15 minute walk from Leytonstone tube; short bus ride to Walthamstow tube. Lovely pubs, coffee shops/restaurants and green spaces nearby. .
