Hiya,

I have a double room becoming available in a modern professional house share a stones throw from the tube station. The room is priced at £850.

Sharing with professionals - We would ideally would like someone from mid 20’s onwards who is friendly, respectful and clean! The house is immaculate and we want to keep it that way :)

The house is a 3 minute walk from the station. Leyton is very up and coming with many trendy places opening up. The house has all amenities within a 5 minute radius such as doctors surgery, post office, gym, groceries etc - all very convenient, not to mention Westfield shopping centre a mere 15 minute walk or 1 tube stop away!

The house has a large kitchen/diner with underfloor heating, separate living area, 2 shower rooms, another separate loo and great court yard garden all to be shared. The kitchen has 3 large fridge freezers - that's right 3!! , dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, 2 double ovens, combi microwave, 5 burner gas hob and enough storage space to faciliate all sharers.

The room is furnished with a double bed, extra large wardrobe with shoe storage trays, chest of drawers, bookshelf and bedside table. You can also squeeze in a desk if needed. There are also locks to the bedroom doors.

The rent will include
- All bills- apart from gas and electric - split between 6 so isn’t a lot (on average £35 a month for both) Plus have smart meters so you can monitor.
- Sky TV with recording facilities
- Super fast fibre optic broadband
- A weekly cleaner for all communal areas.
- All cleaning products and loo roll! So no arguments over who is buying what :)
- Smart heating and hot water system (nest)
- Ring door bell security and outside cctv
