The flat is now occupied by two young professionals working in the creative industry. Both very respectful and easy going. Looking for the 3rd flatmate. (no live in landlord) for a minimum of 3 months stay.

The room available is a very simple single bedroom, however there's some good sized storage space under-stairs in the flat, and a storage shed at the rear of the garden.

Flat itself is on ground floor, with Private Entrance and Rear Garden. The garden itself runs about 12 metres to the back, surrounded by trees and is a lovely place to eat, drink or just spend time in the summer.

The flat is very well connected:
- 8 mins walk to Leyton Station (Central Line) 
- 5 mins walk to buses connects you to Stratford City, Walthamstow Central station or Oxford street.
- Bustling Francis Road is just around the corner with nice coffee shops, delis, wine bars, pubs, record shops and other great restaurants nearby)
- Nearby parks & greens all can be reached by walk, bike or a bus ride includes Olympic Park, Victoria park, Hackney Marshes Wanstead Flats. and Epping Forest is also easy to reach on the central line.
