I am offering the biggest room of the house with a double bed, fully furnished, in a truly amazing house. The house is 154 square metre on two levels, 3 bedrooms so that we have plenty of space.

The other room is used to dry clothes (with a good dehumidifier) and for storage, hence the description as a four bedroom house.

There are two bathrooms.

The flatmates should be chilled out professionals who enjoy living in a clean and quiet environment.


Transport:
The house is seven minute walk from Leyton Station on the Cenral Line. Two bus lines also stop directly behind the house (W14 and W15).

Shops:
Close to Asda, Sainsbury Express, Tesco Metro, hipster coffee place as well as non hipster eateries (KFC, Burger King, chicken shops, kebab). Westfield Shopping Centre is a 20 minute walk away/bus ride or one stop on the tube away.

Outdoors:
Walking distance to the Olympic Park and Hackney Wick.


The house:
The house was completely renovated in 2018 with no surface having been left untouched. The house has an alarm system inlcuding ring camera, hardened glass on all windows and Yale locks.


Me:
I am a teacher/nanny who loves theatre/musical and concerts. I also travel a lot. The room is my room while I am away until March 2025.
