I'm looking for a new flatmate - or a couple - to join me and my Cockapoo in a stylish and modern flat in East London.

- Just 5 mins’ walk to Leyton station (Central Line – 20–25 mins direct to Oxford Circus)
- 20 mins walk to Stratford (Elizabeth Line, DLR, Overground, Central Line) or 1 stop on Central Line
- Walking distance to Asda, Leyton Mills shopping complex, The Gym Group, Stratford Westfield
- Surrounded by green spaces and canals (Hackney Marshes, Olympic Park, Hackney Wick) which are all fantastic for walks, grabbing coffee, Sunday roast, etc.

About Me
I’m a friendly, easy-going professional splitting time between home and the office. I enjoy a good chat, shared meal, or glass of wine, but also really value and am respectful of personal space and downtime.

I love cooking and baking (always happy to share!) and I stay active with dog walks, gym, yoga, tennis and cycling.

You'd also be sharing the flat with my Cockapoo, Bayley. She's 5 years old and loves to meet new people.

This would suit someone (or a couple) who wants a relaxed, comfortable space that feels like home - not just a place to stay.

Rent for couple: £1600 per month (same deposit)
