THE FLAT:

The flat spans most of the ground floor and as such is a good size. You have the benefit of having a decent sized separate kitchen and bathroom. The studio space is made of a large wardrobe, small table and double bed. We have not cluttered the studio with more furniture because we are aware that people like to bring in some of their own furniture. The best part of the flat is having access to the garden straight from the kitchen, which will be awesome in the warmer months.
Although you have to access it from inside the main house you are completely self-contained and private and therefore you do get the benefit of socialising with the housemates in the main house and using the garden etc.

The property is a very large Victorian house (5 bed) with your flat being on the ground floor. The house has been refurbed throughout.
There is a main downstairs kitchen which is primarily for other rooms. The main kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, double sink, double oven, massive fridge/freezer and all the other facilities you would need in a kitchen. There is also a VirginMedia set-top box in the kitchen connected to a wall mounted 32" TV. So the household could watch the odd sport game together or something.
We have supplied 350Mbps business broadband from VirginMedia and made sure that there is superior wifi signal throughout the house by installing a second router in the 1st floor hall way so everyone can enjoy Netflix, YouTube or working at the same time which is crucial if people are working from home. We can also supply wired broadband to your room if required (there will be a labour charge for this).

The house is a slightly longer walk of 13 minutes to Leytonstone Underground, however this is made up for by the awesomeness of the house. Leytonstone high road is within walking distance with its shops and cute coffee shops. Plus you have a corner shop 2 minutes walk from the house and a big Tesco's also within walking distance.
