The rooms are light, airy and spacious with beautiful period features. The rooms are part-furnished (included are the bed, mattress, wardrobe, bookcase and table; and the sofa can be purchased if you like).

The house has a large open-plan kitchen/dining area, a peaceful garden and a spare room. The road is quiet and in a great location - 5 mins walk to Leytonstone tube and under 10 minutes to the high street. There's a lovely cafe, pub and yoga just around the corner, as well as trendy Francis Rd a 10 min walk away.

You will be living with Megan and Jasmine who are looking for a friendly and tidy housemate to complete the household! Their preference is for someone who is a mix of office and home working or works out of the home.

Rent is £900 per month, bills are around £160 all in.

Good private landlord who is very responsive. She's getting new lino and carpet fitted in the kitchen and hallway to spruce up the shared spaces.

Move in date is 5 June with some flexibility.
