Lovely Cosy Double Room To Rent In E11 Leytonstone

Hello!

I have a nice cosy double room available to rent now. The location is nearby to the high road where you can find 24 hour shops, gyms, supermarkets, pharmacy's, post office's etc.

The train stations (Leyton & Leytonstone) are a 10-15 minute walk and to get there by bus which takes 5 minutes. The bus stops are a 1-3 minute walk away from the house.
The next nearest train station is Maryland which is 6-8 minutes on the bus, and a 15-17 minute walk.

The house is clean, quiet and everybody you will be living with is friendly and also tidy. There are currently 2 housemates (28) & (24). Everybody is working and/or studying full time so the house is often empty. In saying this, I would like someone who is also working away from home.

You will be sharing a bathroom (mainly with 1 person), and kitchen area. You will have your own (large) cupboard inside the kitchen and share a fridge with 1 other person. We also have a lovely big garden with a table and seating area.

No pets, children or couples please. LGBTQ friendly.

The deposit (£500) is required when securing the room and is returned when you move out. The monthly rent cost is £750 and includes all bills. There are no extra fee's. Speedy WiFi is also included.

The room is furnished and contains: A bunk bed, a duvet and 2 pillows, 1 chester drawer and an oil-filled heater is also there for extra warmth during the winter season.

I allow overnight guests at a small fee p/night.

- A Great place to live just one stop away from Stratford. (Westfield and Olympic Park). Good for shopping and eating out, varied restaurants in the area.
