A bright, cosy double room is available in a spacious two-person flat (around 1,000 sq ft) from 1 March 2026.

You’d be sharing the flat with just me. With no other housemates, it makes for a calm, easy living setup with plenty of space!

The flat is a 5-minute walk to the Central line, with several bus routes nearby, making it ideal for commuting into Central London. The surrounding neighbourhood is extremely quiet and leafy, yet well served by supermarkets, restaurants, and some genuinely excellent, award-winning pubs - all within walking distance.

For green space lovers, Hollow Ponds and Wanstead Park are both close by, perfect for walks, runs, or switching off after a long day.

About me...

I grew up in the Cayman Islands for most of life. Four and a half years ago, I laid down my roots in London.

I'm a professional working in financial services, office-based in Central London during the week, with the occasional WFH day. I’m sociable, friendly, and enjoy a home that feels comfortable and lived-in rather than just somewhere to crash.

Outside of work I travel fairly often, love to cook, spend quality time with friends, play squash, attend gigs, and the occasional night out. I enjoy sharing the space naturally (whether that's sharing a meal or watching television together) while still valuing independence.

Ideally I’d love to live with another LGBTQ+ person, but I’m very open - the most important thing is that we’re a good mutual fit.

The living vibe...

This is a two-person household, so the dynamic is relaxed and straightforward. It’s not a party flat, but it’s not silent either.
