Looking for a 4th housemate to join our house from early April onwards once the lockdown eases.

You have a choice of rooms on the 1st floor:

Room 1 - £550 pcm (Double)
OR
Room 2 - £650 pcm (Master Double)

Current housemates include 3 people working across charity, arts & music. It's not a party house but we are all sociable e. g cinema, cycling, restaurants (in normal times). Ideally looking for someone who is respectful, independent, easy to get on with and wants a similar social vibe e. g. a homely home not just a room.

House is based in a quiet residential area in Leytonstone just a short walk to the either Olympic Park or the terrific Wanstead Flats & Epping Forest...so is great for walking, cycling, running. We are a short walk or 10 min bus route to Leyton (Central) & Stratford (Central, Jubilee Lines, DLR, Overground), Maryland and Leytonstone High Road rail stations. Parking can also be available at the front of the house on permit.

Rooms come fully furnished with double bed, double wardrobe, desks, lights etc. The rent is inclusive of all bills including a cleaner, broadband etc (see below).
