We do not want people who are looking for a social house or flatmates. We do not want people who are likely to bring many guests frequently. It is a very nice, clean and large living area, rooms and house.

The house has excellent fixtures and fittings throughout with a large kitchen with oven, extractor, microwave etc, and lots of storage for food.

Rooms have Single/double beds and good quality mattress, with wall fitted cupboards and wardrobes, bedside cabinet, and Chest of Drawers.

Preferably looking for working professionals who are very tidy and will clean up after themselves and keep the house clean via a rota system. References will be required, rent must be paid on time etc.
