The room is priced at £720pcm excluding bills of £100pcm, so every month you’ll be paying a total of £820pcm including the bills.

Located on the first floor overlooking the front garden this sunny double room comes furnished with a comfy double bed, a bedside table, a chest of drawers and a mirrored wardrobe. On top of this there's space for you to bring your own desk or more storage furniture.

The house benefits from beautiful period features such as big bay sash windows and fireplaces (for decoration, there is central heating in the room which keeps you nice and toasty). The kitchen comes fully furnished with everything you need such as cutlery including a dishwasher, tumble dryer and washing machine. The lounge has an awesome flat screen TV and cool corner sofa. On top of this there are two main bathrooms so plenty of facilities.
We have supplied 350Mbps business broadband from VirginMedia and made sure that there is superior wifi signal throughout the house by installing a second router in the 1st floor hall way so everyone can enjoy Netflix, YouTube or working at the same time which is crucial if people are working from home. We can also supply wired broadband to your room if required (there will be a labour charge for this).

Leytonstone benefits from having some great shops and restaurants on the high street and also a big Tesco's nearby. You're also close to Eagle and Hallow's pond and not to far from part of the Epping Forest which is great for summer walks and getting some fresh air.

The house has 1 single occupant (in the ensuite room) and 5 other single occupants in the other room so a total of 6 other housemates. Our housemates will be like you, polite, friendly professionals that are working or looking for new jobs in the best city of all.
