Large double room with own bathroom

The flat is 2-bed 2-bathroom modern and well furbished with 2 TVs.

I will consider couples but need to increase rent slightly to cover increased wear-tear etc.

I have the other double room (and has its own bathroom) I'm there during a few nights a week and don't use the kitchen/living room other than washing machine from time to time.

I cover all the bills and have wifi etc. The kitchen is well fitted out as you'd expect.

Please only clean and tidy people, we have a cleaner but that should be on top of us keeping it tidy.
