Apartment fully refurbished 6 months ago, with new carpets, sofa, table & chairs, all rooms newly repainted, new ventilation unit, new painted doors and thresholds.
1) Double bedroom with ensuite available from mid April to 1st May.
Room includes double bed, built in wardrobe and a desk.
A bit about the flat and room:
• 4th Floor quiet flat with lift access and friendly concierge, Luca, to help with parcel deliveries etc.
• Bright double bedrooms with south-facing windows.
• Hyperoptic ultra-fast broadband included for free.
• Large South facing balcony overlooking onto Regents Canal.
• Double bed and mattress, built in wardrobe and storage cabinet included.
• Modern Kitchen (washer drier, hob, slow cooker, fridge freezer).
• New sofa, kitchen table & chairs etc.
• TV
• Secure Bike storage underground
• Bills (incl. council tax) come in around £130 pm
About us:
Both currently doing a mix of office and WFH in professional fields (finance / IT) so we’re pretty work-focused in the week and like to use the flat in a way that makes this easy, but socialise frequently
Location:
• Easy walking/cycling distance to Canary Wharf
• 20 mins door-to-door to Bank via the DLR
• 15 mins walk to well-connected Mile End Underground (Central + District + Hammersmith & City Lines)
• Literally built on top of a Tesco Express which stays open til 11 Sundays included (quite handy)
• LIDL over the road
• Pure gym Limehouse 5 mins jog up the canal
• Honestly not the greatest choice of pubs and cafes in the immediate area (Star of the East is a local gem however)
• 10 minute cycle to Victoria park
