This Ad is for JUNE in a flat with a small lounge. There are two rooms available, and one has a balcony. This shared property is located at a 6-minute walk from Limehouse DLR, part of Tube system, and is available directly from the owners.

Each room comes with:
- Double bed.
- Large desk-table + chair/s.
- A good-size wardrobe.

The kitchen is fully furnished, plus:
- Fridge/freezer,
- Washing machine,
- Microwave and kettle

You can call these rooms home, with friendly, clean, and tidy flatmates. This property's Council tax is in band B and all the bills are included - as per contract terms - except the energy (usually between £40ish and £80ish p/p, p/m, depending in your usage and season).

The ad is priced with a 8-month contract and for single occupation; enquiries for anything shorter than 8-months or couples are welcome, but would be more expensive and I'd need to put you in touch directly with the landlord to discuss. Please don't hesitate to ask.

Various supermarkets are a 2-minute walk away, with a large selection of restaurants and pubs and the vibrant life of Canary Wharf. The Olympic swimming pool, gym, and largest suite-health are a 3-minute walk.
