1 week sublet, first week of January

This is a 1 WEEK SUBLET between 3rd and 10th of Jan. £150 per week, including all bills.

The dates can slightly vary, I would consider renting it out from the 30th of Dec but not longer than the 10th of January.

You would be living with my lovely flatmates David and Katie who are both musicians (a jazz pianist and a flutist) The flat is very cosy, facing the canal on one side and a quiet street on the other side. You would share the kitchen, bathroom and living room with my flatmates. The room itself has a bed, wardrobe, desk and even a piano in case you want to play some tunes.

5 minutes walk to the DLR Station Limehouse which takes you in 5 minutes to Bank station. From there it's very easy to get everywhere by tube. There are different buses right around the corner from the flat that get you into central london in about 25-30mins.

It's a very calm and friendly area at the Limehouse Basin. The Thames is 5 minutes walk from our place and the canal is ideal to go for a nice walk or for a run. There are many local pubs and Cafés around.
