Huge room in Limehouse in a friendly house

This is a proper home and not an agency house!

We are all professionals, and friends, and have lived together for years in our spacious house with a garden that has BBQ, table tennis, and table football.

The kitchen is big, and we use it as a living room. There is a big sofa and a TV. We also have a washing machine, a dryer, two fridges, and one freezer.

The price is £879 for a single occupant, plus bills (Council Tax band E). The room is NOT available for couples. People between 25 and 45 years old are preferred.

The nearest station is Limehouse DLR station (two stops from Bank). Mile End and Stepney Green stations are just 10 minutes away. There are also many buses around. There is a Sainsbury's local, Tesco Express, Asda, Coop, and a big Lidl within walking distance of the house, and of course, an off-license and other handy shops are just on the corner. The house is close to Mile End Park, Victoria Park, and some canals.

The room is available from the 6th of May. It´s not in the picture, but the room has a window privacy film, so nobody can see you from outside. Also, if needed, a new wardrobe will be provided.
