Quiet safe comfortably double bedroom Canary Whar

I'm a live in land-lord of a modern 2 bedroom, terrace house. There are two bedrooms, a living room and modern kitchen and garden. I'm English and I've lived in London 10 years, this is my own property to has a high standard.

My place is on a quiet closed street and two mins walk from the river thames and 10 minutes walk into Canary Wharf.

There are two bathrooms so you will mostly have one to use for yourself.

I work at home in IT / Finance, spend time and home doing projects and going out running and cycling.

I have a modern kitchen and garden.
Bills included (Gas, electric, water, council tax).

I'm fairly easy going but I would prefer to live with someone who hasn't got a drinking problem (I rarely drink) and no smokers.
