Double room to rent in Limehouse.

I am currently looking for someone to take over my contract from the end of August/start of September until the end of December (with the option to extend further) to join my flatmate Sian, as I am moving back to Essex with my partner.

This is a huge two bed flat on the Limehouse Basin. It is in a really nice 'pocket' of London with a lovely marina on your (Back) doorstep. Pure gym is a 10 second walk away, with the DLR 30 seconds in the other direction, two stops to bank and two stops to canary wharf.

The bedroom comes with a bed, a large chest of drawers, two bed side drawers and a large wardrobe (as shown in the photos). As Sian has an en suite, you will have a bath/shower/toilet to yourself which is next to the bedroom.

Shared open plan living area/dining/kitchen. Crazy big terrace which is south facing so in the summer it is amazing. A lot of space everywhere, however the furniture will be different to the photos as there will only be one sofa, dining table and TV stand remaining as I will take the desk and TV with me.

Ideally, Sian looking for someone who's fun and easy to get along with/share a space with. Comfortable having their own time/space and it goes without saying must be respectful and super tidy. She works in Finance and is always out and about, is a great girl!

If you made it this far, down to business.. you'll be taking over my existing contract which will be an 4.5 month contract. With the option to extend thereafter. There is a two month break clause (I think after two months has been served)

With regards to utilities, council tax is £100 each (£200total) and electric has been around £30/35 each so far this summer and £60/70 each in the winter with the odd water bill of £30-40 every 6 months. A deposit of £860 will be required and one months rent (due on the 29th of each month but flexible based on move in date)

You would need to pass the standard checks/references my asset manager does to back up your ability to afford the place.
