I've got a gorgeous, sunny double room available from Aug 1st in Limehouse - can potentially be flexible by a couple of days!

Really clean and modern flat with a big nice bathroom, shared kitchen/lounge, and a peaceful balcony with great sunsets. Double gated entry so very secure, and there's a lift so you don't have to trek up the stairs.
Sofa & desk in the bedroom pic are now gone as the previous flatmate has moved out, so plenty of space for your stuff.

Bills aren't included but they're not crazy, they fluctuate slightly depending on electricity but currently stand around £125. Council tax band D. Internet is really reliable and fast.

Only sharing with me - I'm a 33yo lesbian working as a drag queen and DJ, mainly in the evenings and weekends but I'm super chill at home and very quiet/respectful if I'm coming back late at night. The flat is really cosy and comfortable so if you're looking for a chill sanctuary to come home to, you'll fit right in!

No pets or couples, LGBTQIA+ massively preferred.

It's a short walk away from Limehouse DLR (2 stops from Bank), but also walkable distance from both Canary Wharf & Mile End. Areas like Dalston, Hackney, Bethnal Green etc are just a short bus ride away, so if you're someone who likes to enjoy queer East London nightlife, the Uber home is very cheap!
