This is a large modern bedroom (fully furnished) with patio/terrace access in a ground-floor, 3 bedroom (no lounge) 2 bath flat.

The clean modern bathroom is shared with one clean female professional. Furniture has been rearranged since the photos were taken, and now there's a sofa, TV (with steaming stick), huge wardrobe and desk in the room and the standing clothes hanger is no longer there. The video shows the current bed position and is generally closer to the current state.

The flat is located in a well-maintained gated community (with fob entrance and concierge service), a 5-min bus ride or 20-minute walk away from Canary Wharf and also a 10-20 mins bus ride away from the City (depending on traffic).

Strictly non-smoking. All bills are included.

The flatmates are male and female. The flat is kept clean and tidy and a cleaner comes every 2 weeks.

Couples could be considered with an adjustment in rent.
