Rent - £1090 pcm, with 5 weeks deposit.
Bills - Around £180 (£85 electricity, £20 internet, £75 council tax). Water bill is included.

- Ensuite with shower
- Furnished with bed and desk
- Shared reception and fully equipped kitchen

Nearby:
- Tesco Express and Lidl within 10 minutes walk
- Puregym within 7 minutes walk
- Next to the canal, near Limehouse Marina
- Mile End Park for greenery

Flatmate:
You'll be sharing with me (Malaysian, lived in London for 2+ years).
- I work in banking and typically wfh 3/5 working days.
- Whilst I can be social, I am also happy to keep to myself
- I enjoy travelling, gaming on my console and a bit of sport when I can.

You (Ideally):
- A professional / mature student
- Responsible and can keep the place tidy and clean
- Not organising socials/parties in the flat often
