Description
Hi everyone! We’re looking for a housemate to join us in our Limehouse house share.
You’d be living with myself and my friend Georgia. We are a both friendly, liberal, creatives, both of which work from home a lot. All we ask is that you *must* be good with pets, (although you won’t be expected to share any pet care responsibilities) and be able to move in at the end of May.
The room available is the biggest in the house, with built in wardrobes and enough space for a double king size bed. The rent is £850 plus bills. The house itself is cozy, with a beautiful mirrored bathroom (to be shared with Georgia as we have two bathrooms) and within 5 minutes walking distance of Limehouse station.
Limehouse is a lovely area, with lots of parks, canals and high street in walking distance. Also has good transport links with the DLR just around the corner.
There is a small garden space that leads into a larger shared community garden.
Our landlords are the previous owners of the house and have been responsive and respectful since we’ve been here, we deal with them directly, so no agents to bother with!
