We are looking for a housemate for our Georgian house in Limehouse. The house has 3 floors and each floor has 2 rooms. Each floor has its own lounge and washroom. So every person shares washroom with only one more person.

The room is available on the ground floor. The room has its own access to the giant shared backyard which can be used for barbeques, bike parking etc. There is a huge front yard as well.

Available room is the biggest room in house with all the furniture available including Bed, Cupboard, couple of chest of drawers, Brand new desk, office chair, TV stand and Standing Fan. The house has cameras installed for 24*7 security.

The rent is including council tax, however rest of the bills are paid extra which are about 30-40 per month per person depending on the usage and weather.

Distance to bus stand(115,135) is about 4 minutes by walking and distance to DLR is 6 minutes by walking. There are local Desi shops around for Desi groceries and Lidl is at 10 minutes walking.
