I am a gay professional working in Canary Wharf, but mostly working from home looking to let out my spare room which is a beautifully decorated large double bedroom with a private bathroom on its own floor. I am an easy going, tidy and social guy looking for a flatmate who ideally is another gay / LGBT friendly professional who is friendly, tidy and respectful. This place would be ideal for someone who works in canary wharf (20 mins walk) or in the city (15 mins tube) / central London (30 mins tube). There is also an office on the ground floor that you can use for your work from home days, as I barely use that. This is not a party house so if that is your vibe then this may not be for you.

About the property: Located in the quiet and charming cobbled street next to St Ann's Church in Limehouse, this is a lovely 2.5 bedroom Town house set over 3 Floors in a Boutique development close to Limehouse Marina and Narrow street.

Walk in through the front door into the hallway, and you'll find the home office in front of you. The hall then leads onto the bedroom (being let) at the end of the hallway, a large south facing bedroom with an adjacent private bathroom.
Climb to the first floor to discover the open plan kitchen and reception. A beautiful South facing lounging area with access to first spacious terrace through full width sliding doors. The kitchen is set along the north wall and has all of the modern appliances that you may need.
