Amazing room with great view close to Canary Wharf

Looking for someone to replace me on the contract for the remaining 7 months and it is the second room in the video.

The room is a large double bedroom with wardrobe. The flat itself is a 2-bed with a kitchen/dining area, living room and a balcony. This apartment has a breath taking view of the the city as you can see all of London from Shard to London eye to St Paul's to the financial district.

The building is in Limehouse (10-15 minute walk to Canary Wharf). It’s near a Tesco Express (5 minutes) and a Lidl (10 minute).

Nearby transport links include two bus station just outside the building, DLR 5 mins away, Jubilee line and Elizabeth line, both 15 minutes away in Canary Wharf.

Bills aren’t included in the rent but they’re around £150-200 per month. I am looking for a female in her 20's or early 30's. Looking for a non smoking person with no pets.

A little bit about the roommate

She is working as a professional and goes to work 4 days a week. She is in her early 20's and a very fun loving person. She is very clean and tidy person. Personally she is one of my best friends and can vouch that she is also the best flatmate I had.
