The secure gated development with concierge and bike storage is 5 minutes walk to Limehouse DLR and C2C train station with trains every 3 minutes into Canary Wharf (4 min journey), Fenchurch Street (5 min journey), or Bank (6 min journey). Alternatively, walk around the adjacent Limehouse Marina and along the Thames pathway to Canary Wharf in under 20 minutes. Great local restaurants and pubs are on the doorstep and the West End is under 30 minutes away.

Freshly decorated, furnished room includes a double bed with Eve mattress and bedding, reading chair, wardrobe space, bedside storage, small desk and Philips Hue mood lighting throughout. Optional Dyson fan to combat the summer heat. Modern ensuite with new rainfall power shower and wireless Sonos bathroom speaker. Weekly bedding and towels can be provided and the apartment is professionally cleaned weekly.
The shared open plan living space includes a fully equipped kitchen with storage space for your breakfast and cooking essentials, large dining area and comfy lounge area with a TV, Sonos sound system and more Hue mood lights to relax after a day at the office. Washing machine and iron available. An outdoor furnished balcony overlooking the canal provides the perfect space for breakfast in the sun or a glass of something on a warm evening.
💸 Costs
Costs include all bills and assume lodger staying up to 4 nights a week Mon-Fri or Sun-Thur. I am happy to discuss fewer nights a week for reduced rent, or less regular rental patterns (e. g. x nights per month). The key for me is being clear about what you need from the space and when so I can plan around your stays. Potential to add secure parking also (by separate agreement).
🙋♂️ Ideal lodger
My ideal lodger will work in an office/workplace in London during the week and have their own life beyond London at weekends. You must be house-trained, respectful of each other's space and leave things as you find them.
My space would suit someone under 6ft3 (if you want to use the rainfall shower without sitting down 😅) who prefers the comfort and familiarity of a regular place to stay, where they can leave clothes, toiletries and cooking essentials between visits and do not want the hassle to book a different hotel each week. You must like long-haired cats (who will want to become your best friend) and bonus points for the occasional natter in the evening.

I'm a technology professional and currently between roles. I share the space with two beautiful, friendly fur babies 🐈 and several plants (I'm currently trying to keep alive). I'm typically out 2-3 evenings a week and quiet when at home. This is an LGBTQ+ friendly space and any lodger needs to be respectful of that.
