Our beautiful flat in the heart of Limehouse has a stunning double room available with it's own bathroom. My current flatmate is moving out & and his room is now available from the 15th of October (there might be some flexibility on the moving day).

This is a two-bedroom & two-bathroom flat located in a vibrant Limehouse neighbourhood with great access to public transportation. Located 3-minute walk from Limehouse DLR Station & within a very short walk from the marina, an area that has great amenities nearby; Pure Gym, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Nisa Local, nice pubs & restaurants. You can reach Canary Wharf in 15 min by walk or 4 min by DLR, Bank in 6 min, Tower Getaway in 5 min or City Airport in 15 min by DLR. The flat has got easy access with night buses from Central London but is also conveniently located within walking distance from Mile End station where Central line runs 24 hours on Friday & Saturday.

The room on offer has a comfortable double bed, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, and space for a big desk if you are working from home. It comes with its own bathroom, so you won’t have to share with anyone else, which features a shower, sink and a toilet. The flat has a separate kitchen equipped with kettle, microwave, oven, toaster, fridge & washing machine. There is a very spacious & cozy living room with a Juliet balcony & a communal patio area in the building you can use.

I am 27-year-old professional and I originally come from Poland. I work as a lawyer in Canary Wharf and mainly go to the office during the week. I am very easygoing and spend most of my spare time out, enjoying galleries, theatres and music concerts. As a flatmate, I am very respectful and clean, and I would expect the same from the person I share my flat with.

The rent for this room is £750 per month excluding bills. The monthly bills of the whole flat are approximately:
1. £140 Council Tax
2. £70-140 gas and electricity depending on the month
3. £35 water

For the contract with the agency, you will have to pass basic credit checks & provide some paperwork to them such as passport, 3 months’ bank statements & recent utility bill. Deposit is 780£ & will be protected through TDS. The initial contract will last till 15th of May 2025 but can be renewed from the estate agency.
