The flat has three double bedrooms, but we are only renting two rooms, keeping the third as a study for you to share with the other tenant. The study has a large standing desk and a sofa bed, so this is a real bonus if you work from home and need additional space.

The flat comes with underground parking but our car is currently parked there. If you would like parking, please ask and we can negotiate a deal.

You would have only one other flatmate, a professional female who is quiet, tidy and highly respectful. Her room is at the far end of the property, so all very private.
