I'm looking for a housemate in my 2-bed flat in Limehouse, E14, zone 2.
Closest station is a 7-10 minute walk to Westferry DLR but Limehouse c2c and DLR are also nearby, and I'm just under 20 minutes' walk to Canary Wharf Elizabeth line.
It's a two-bed flat - the room going is an upstairs room, it has one of the clever IKEA single beds that expands into a double so you can choose between more space in the room or a double bed! Both setups are pictured so you can get an idea.
The local area is nice, the flat is really close to the canal and Canary Wharf is a twenty minute walk away with lots of cafes and shops - but also a couple of nice cafes and restaurants closer by.
I'm a professional musician (French Horn) and practise at home - although I am sometimes away for work! I'm sociable and friendly, and enjoy cooking and chatting as well as making the most of what London has to offer - I would love to have a flatmate I get on with.
Unfortunately because of the terms of the lease the flat isn't pet friendly! Would also appreciate a non-student for council tax purposes. The flat is band D for council tax (c£140/month, so just over £70 each).
The room is available from October 1st but with a week or so's flexibility later than that for the right person.
