Two Rooms Available in Social House

Hey there!
I’ve got two lovely bedrooms available in our 3-bed house in Limehouse, available from 11th November for a 12-month tenancy

Room 1: £850 + bills (~£100pcm)
This is the spacious master bedroom, and it comes fully furnished with a double bed, mattress, bedside table, and bookcase

Room 2: £810 + bills (~£100pcm)
This cosy unfurnished room can fit a double bed and wardrobe. My current housemate is interested in selling their double bed + mattress to the next tenant

Communal spaces:
There's a large living room that opens onto a garden with outdoor furniture where we’ve had many beers and bbqs in the summer. There’s also a separate kitchen with a gas hob, and two bathrooms, one big one with a shower, and a smaller downstairs toilet and sink. Just to note my current housemate will be taking some of the furniture in the living room. There’s also parking available if needed

Location:
We're super close to Limehouse DLR (5 min walk), Mile End station (20 min walk), and a few bus stops within 5 minutes too. We've been blessed by the supermarket gods and have both a Lidl and a Tesco Express a 2-minute walk away

You’ll be replacing my two housemates who are both moving in with their respective partners. We've lived together for 2 years and have made this house a home. I'm looking to do viewings as soon as possible so we can get the paperwork out the way by the end of October

A bit about me... I’m Marty (27 female), a board game designer. I WFH once a week, and I’m usually out some evenings and weekends. I’m looking for two easy-going, sociable people who are up for pub trips, Netflix binging, or wandering around London, but also cool with doing their own thing

- Must be a working professional
- Must be able to pay 2 months' rent upfront
- Deposit: £960 (held in a Safety Deposit Scheme)
