I’m Soha, the current flatmate. My current flatmate is moving out of London for a job opportunity so I am looking for someone to replace her on the lease for a year commencing Oct 31st.

I’m a PhD student and go into work 3 days a week and wfh for 2 days. My room is the smaller one so I work in the living room when I wfh. I’m tidy, quiet, and considerate and looking for the same from a flatmate. No preference for student or professional. There will be a weekly cleaning rota for the shared areas (bathroom, kitchen, corridors) so please only inquire if you can maintain this. I want this to be a comfortable home to return to so would like someone who can communicate openly and politely without passive aggressiveness and unnecessary conflict. I occasionally have friends over but am considerate about the times, noise levels, and give prior notice and would expect the same. Please no big pre games.

Bills are approx 60-70 per month per person and upto 120 in the winter if the heating is on always. There is a deposit of 2305 which we will split.

The flat has large windows and gets a lot of light, comes furnished, and the building has secure resident-only fob access. The area is comfortable and safe and there is a Lidl and Tesco express right around the corner. There are 2 DLR stations 10 mis walk on either side of the flat and also Mile end tube station approx 15 mins walk. Bus stations are nearby and super frequent.

The video of the room is from the previous tenant. My flatmates is in the process of moving out so we don’t have a neat picture of the room currently and the flat has things scattered around for now as she's in the process of packing. I will be having viewings from Oct 14th
