Double room to rent in Limehouse modern apartment

Hi, I’m Sophie I am moving out of my double room in an apartment in Limehouse and looking for someone to replace me. The apartment is on the 8th floor and is bright, open and modern. There is a balcony facing towards the city which gets lovely sun in the summer and nice sunsets. There are also communal roof areas on the 6th and 12th floor.

The room has a double bed and wardrobe. The wardrobe is very spacious and fits a lot in. The bathroom is shared with one female and has a bath/shower. There is a combo washer dryer and dishwasher. And a big perk a cleaner that comes every two weeksish which is include in rent.

The apartment is shared with two other people both working professionals who work shift patterns (including nights) so needs to be someone who’s alright with that. Ideally looking for someone who is friendly, tidy and up for a laugh and a trip to the local pubs.

The apartment is a short walk from Limehouse station for the DLR and C2C so you can be in the city in 10 minutes. Canary Wharf is also only a 15 minute walk along the river. A bit further a field is Victoria park which is 25 minutes on the bus.

Rent is £810 as it is the smallest in the flat, Deposit is £1000.
