Double bedroom in East London House w Garden

Hi,
We're looking for a new flatmate to move into our friendly house share as our lovely flatmate Sid is moving in with his sister.. It is a furnished terraced house overlooking a park, with a garden, two bathrooms, seperate kitchen and spacious living room/dining room.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, relaxed, clean, social and wants to make it their home rather than just a place to stay. We're a social flatshare who like to chat and hang out, sometimes cook together or just watch a movie. I've only moved in in August and have taken it upon myself to thrift some nice pieces for the house, add some decorations & art and just make it a bit more homely. So it would be great to find someone who would be interested in doing so, as well.

A bit about us:

Rish, 29, works as a civil servant and is mostly working from home. He's very into nature and gardening, loves cooking, boardgames and having friends over for dinner or Sunday lunch.
He's also looking at moving in with his girlfriend early next year, so there is the possibility of another room becoming available soon.

I (Hannah) am 27 and work in the live music industry. I am originally from Germany byt have lived in London for quite a while. I love going to gigs, gardening, going for walks, various East London markets, jigsaw puzzles, going to the pub and hosting dinner parties,

Some other bits and bobs:
We are on good terms with our landlords and they are responsive whenever we need repairs. There is plenty of street parking.

No pets or couples please.

The move in date is ideally in the beginning of January. We have until the end of May 2025 on the current tenancy, when we will most likely have the opportunity to renew.

We're planning to start doing viewings the weekend of 22/23 November
