Looking for someone to start a new contract with as my current flatmate is going to university outside London after January 2026.

The room is a large double bedroom with wardrobe. The flat itself is a 2-bed with a kitchen/dining area, living room and a balcony. This apartment has a breath taking view of the the city as you can see all of London from Shard to London eye to St Paul's to the financial district.

Nearby transport links include two bus stations just outside the building, DLR 5 mins away, Jubilee line and Elizabeth line, both 15 minutes away in Canary Wharf.

The building is in Limehouse (10-15 minute walk to Canary Wharf). It’s near a Tesco Express (5 minutes), Lidl (10 minute) and a Pure Gym (4 minutes).

Bills aren’t included in the rent but they’re around £150-200 per month. I am looking for a female in her 20's or early 30's. Looking for a non smoking person with no pets.

A little bit about me.

I was working for a luxury fashion house but this year i decided to do my Master’s for career progression. I am in my early 20's and a very fun loving person. I am a very clean and tidy person. Personally I can vouch for that I will make sure your move in is very smooth & you feel like home from the moment you enter this space:)
