Looking for individual to take over tenancy

I am looking for an individual to take over my tenancy contract, it is a single room in a two bed two room apartment, and access to a modern bathroom suite (not ensuite).

The apartment is a short 5 minute walk away from Limehouse DLR, with regular bus links to the City and Canary Wharf .

The rent is 955pcm (excl electricity, gas, broadband and council tax, but including water), The property is offered furnished and comprises a spacious reception room leading onto a full length balcony, and open-plan kitchen.

Pictures are from the listing from when the property was first rented, but happy to make arrangements for a viewing or a video tour if you are interested, and for you to meet my flat mate. He is ideally looking for a young working professional between 25-30.

I am also looking for a permanent replacement, but may also consider a short-term sub-lease for 3 months (and maybe a bit longer, subject to further confirmation) from March this year.
