there are 2 options for the rental:
Option 1) Rent the room as a studio room, WITHOUT access to the living room/kitchen. It has everything you need for the stay - as mentioned above. Weekly rent is 300£/1300 per month. All bills included.
Option 2) Rent the room with the shared living room/ kitchen. The reality is that I travel a lot, so most of the time you will be having the whole flat to yourself anyway:) Weekly rent is 370£/1600 per month. All bills included.
