I'm moving to another city, and I'm subletting my double room in a well-located flat on Spert Street, E14.

🏠About the Room & Flat:

-Double (huge) room in a shared flat (3 Bed flat), 1 room with a toilet so you will share the other bathroom (with bath and shower) with just one person. The room is warm, with a lot of light, storage and space. Has 2 tables, 2 wardrobes, a bed with mattress and shelves.

-Couples admitted.

-Clean and well-maintained property with a weekly cleaner for communal areas.

-Friendly and respectful flatmates. They hardly ever use the kitchen and are away from home for long periods of time due to their studies or work.

-Huge communal terrace where you can make barbecues.

-5 weeks deposit with Zero deposit option if you pass the requirements (you must already be a UK resident with an established credit history and Job references, and you must earn at least 30 times the monthly rent)

-The contract is until September, with the possibility of renewal if you feel comfortable, of course.
