3-bed flat in Limehouse looking for 1 flatmate

We’re two guys in our mid-20s looking for someone to fill a bedroom ASAP as a previous tenant is moving out. Our contract is not a fixed term but we’d like someone who will stay for a while. Your tenancy would start on July 17th.

We’re always happy to hang out in the living room and watch a film, sometimes play a board game or go over to the nearby pub, but also respect each other’s alone time. One of us works a changing shift pattern in Emergency Services and the other works from home as a digital archive curator. Between us we like music, photography, books, films/tv, a good documentary, warhammer, and are both pretty easy going chaps

Pictured is your bedroom and our lovely flat which overlooks the canal and Canary Wharf. The shared bathroom is for two tenants as the other has an en-suite. Shared living room/kitchen and top-floor balcony terrace.

Desk & chair in the bedroom are not included
