2 bedrooms: single & double. 5 mins to DLR

My fiancé and I have moved to our own place. We are looking for a professional single person, 2 friends or a couple to replace us.
We have 2 rooms and a separate bathroom (3 piece) available for £1,514 total plus bills. The bigger room includes: 1 double bed, 1 wardrobe and 1 bed side table. Small bedroom includes: 1 single bed, 1 wardrobe and 1 bed side table. Our lovely housemate Mike has the end large bedroom with an ensuite, meaning the seperate bathroom is for our replacements only.

The communal living space is an open modern kitchen, dining and living room leading to a balcony overlooking the shared courtyard. There is also large separate hallway with a storage cupboard for the people replacing us to use.

We area 5 min walk from DLR which is well connected to the city, a 25 mins walk to Canary Wharf to the Lizzy line and 40 mins walk up the canal to Victoria Park.

All bills are split equally between flatmates. List of current bills in total for the flat:
Council tax - £146 pm
Gas - £30pm
Internet - £15pm
Electric - £218 per quarter (£72 pm)
Water - £250 half yearly (£42 pm)
