Double room in Limehouse

My flatmate is unfortunately moving out so double room is available in my lovely Limehouse flat!

2 bed flat with a big living room / kitchen, balcony and shared roof terrace. There’s a gym in the building available to tenants and a shared patio / BBQ area.

Room has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There’s a desk in the living room you can have if you work from home (or can be removed if not needed)

I’m 26, work in consulting in London Bridge, and spend most my time at dance classes. I’ve lived here for 3 years and love the flat and area. Looking for someone who wants to be friends and have a yap, but respectful of space etc :)

Bills usually come to about £150 per month (including council tax etc)
