Light double room in Limehouse

I'm looking for a new flatmate from 17th June. The flat's located in Limehouse. It has a large living/ dining room and a big, south-facing garden which catches the afternoon and evening sun.

There's large wardrobe currently in the room. Please note that the sofa in the picture has been replaced with a new king-sized bed from John Lewis.

I'm often out of an evening, seeing friends, going to the cinema or out for dinner and I'm often away at weekends, so when I'm home I like to be able to relax in quiet. This place would suit someone who has a busy life and is looking for the same. I work from home so for balance in the flat, it would be great to have someone who primarily doesn't work from home.

I work at a university and like reading contemporary fiction, wild(-ish) swimming (especially at Hampstead Heath) and holidaying in Greece.

It would be lovely to have a flatmate to have dinner with from time to time but there's no pressure. I'm looking to live with someone who's organised, tidy, quiet and respectful of the space. Lest this sound too wholesome, a dark sense of humour is always welcome.
