Hi everyone, I’m (27 F) a 2nd year PhD looking to renew the lease with from Oct 29th for a year, I've lived here for a year and loved the place

* Rent is £1050 pp

* Bills not included (pp: water+WiFi+energy ranges between 80-120 (because of energy in winter) + council tax Band D (for working professionals, students exempt)

* Transport:
-10 mins walk to Limehouse DLR and Westferry DLR
-15 mins walk to Mile End (Central) or Canary Wharf (Jubilee/Elizabeth)
-5 mins to multiple bus stops.

* Large shared bathroom, the flat has large windows and gets a lot of light, comes furnished, spacious open living room/kitchen plan, and has a washer/dryer. The building has secure resident-only fob access.

* The area is comfortable and safe, there’s a Lidl and Tesco express right across, and we're walking distance to Mile End and Victoria parks. Lots of canals for lovely walks and gorgeous views of the skyline

About me: I’ve moved around a lot and lived in multiple flat shares so I’m tidy, considerate and love to create a home away from home. I’m both an extrovert and introvert - love exploring London and meeting new people, but also appreciate walks, runs, crocheting, and cooking. My schedule is hybrid - I commute 3-4 days and wfh for 1-2.
