Hello!
I’m leaving my room in Limehouse and looking for someone to replace me from the 11th of October onwards (although there is some flexibility).
The flat is a two-bed with a really nice open living room/kitchen space and balcony. It is in a beautiful listed building, with a gym, rooftop, and communal bbq area. It’s about a 7 min walk from Limehouse DLR, with good transport links to the City and Canary Wharf. Bills usually come about to £150 per month.
My current flatmate Chloe is staying in the flat, and I could not recommend living with her more! She’s clean, respectful, and loves socialising. She’s also a busybody who loves anything active and spends most of her free time at dance classes. We’ve become really close friends since I moved in last year :)).
The desk in the living room is the one I’ve been using when WFH and like all the rest of the furniture comes with the flat.
We’re organising viewings ASAP and want to find someone soon!
