We are looking for sublet for 3 - 4 months!

This is perfect if you've just moved to London and want some time to settle in and check out different areas as Limehouse is very easy to commute from being so close to central.

Rent is £750 plus bills. This includes a weekly cleaner. Bills are approx £250 pp.

The flat is a gorgeous with a huge living room facing the Limehouse basin. The bedroom also faces the basin. It is so peaceful here you will literally hear the ducks quacking every morning.

There are 3 beds and 3 baths in this flat. Myself and the other flatmate have ensuites so you will largely have the main bathroom (with a bath!) to yourself.

There is a huge basin facing balcony that we love to sit on and have a wine / coffee (with blankets when it is cold). There's a park less than 2 mins from the flat.

There is a gym and concierge service and the complex is in gated area so ot feels very safe and secure

About us:
I am a 30 YO Australian and work in office 3 days a week and 2 days from home. I have lived in this flat for nearly 4 years and adore the space and area which helps me escape the chaos of London.

My other flatmate is 29 YO from England (similar working arrangements) and moved into the flat January when my other long term flatmates moved out to buy a place across the basin!

We very much have our own lives but have become genuine friends and love to spend time together inside and outside the flat. We love having a coffee, chats, movie nights and love occasionally hosting dinner parties with our friends!

We love the location being so commutable to everywhere. I particularly love being able to run along the water all the way to Victoria Park, Tower Bridge / Wapping or Canary Wharf.

The DLR is approx 8 min walk away. From there in 6 mins you can get to Bank. You can also can get to Shadwell in one stop to the Overground. There are cycle highways into the city which makes commuting to work dreamy.

The Grapes and Cruising Association are our locals both with great food (price and quality). We think Limehouse is an oasis - very quaint and peaceful (so don't expect bars, cafes and nightlife).

We are looking for a sublet until my boyfriend (who currently lives in Aus) moves back to London next year. The dates are therefore very flexible.

We want someone who is clean, friendly and respectful!
