Sweet room in community warehouse

Hey!
A long term let has come available for a sunny room in our warehouse in Limehouse from the 30th of October. The price is £725 including ALL bills, + a deposit of £725. There's a roof terrace garden with a great view shared by our building community (9+ flats). Wouldn't be leaving if I wasn't moving back to New York on very short notice. This is a lovely community of people, all respectful of each other's space but happy to catch up over reality tv and a craft night.
There's 8 of us living in our flat all on different schedules so never feels too busy, we're rarely all in the same space at the same time, all professionals aged 27-41. We also have the sweetest cat Kubi, who's only shy at first.
We have a cleaner come in once a week, included in bills.
Room comes with a desk, side table, a double bed frame and a mattress if you're not bringing one - please include in your message if you'll need the mattress.
Really well connected, situated between Mile End station & 10 minute walk to Westferry DLR and Limehouse station. Around the block from a Lidl. Lots of cool community-run cafes close and a lovely walk along the canal.
