Huge Double Room With Balcony Near Limehouse DLR

Hiya! I'm looking to move out from my place in Limehouse.

The room is very large, with space for a double bed, a wardrobe, a drawer, and still lots of space besides. There's been space for me to have my guitar and electric piano in here and still have plenty of space to move around. It also has a lovely balcony with a table and chairs that looks onto Limehouse canal.

The apartment is a 3 bed with a shared kitchen space. It’s about 8 minutes walking from Limehouse and Westferry and 15 minutes bus / 20 mins walking from Mile End underground. It’s currently occupied by an international student PHD and a couple. It is served by an elevator from the ground floor. You would be sharing the bathroom with the PHD student; the couple have an en-suite.

The rent is £940 a month, with £55 a month in bills on top. This is a steady amount paid every month to the letting agency and does not vary based on usage.
